• Thoroughly wash your Seamoss under running water (to rid it of salt, sand or other seaweed)
• Pour into a container of water (preferably spring or filtered water... avoid tap water).
• Add lemons or limes for flavor
• Cover and leave to rest and swell for 24 hours
• Drain (water can be used for your plants💚)
• Add fresh (as above) water and mix
(Be careful not to add too much water or it will become too runny) • Consistency should be like gel
• Pour the gel into a sealable container

Recommendation: Take 2 tablespoons daily.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 4 months

How to make healthy Seamoss Gel

• Mix 2 tbsp in a smoothie or in your muesli every day
• It is an alternative to gelatine as it contains carrageenan, so it can be used as a completely natural binding agent
• As a tea e.g. to relieve a sore throat (add some lemon and honey for taste)
• The gel can also be applied as a mask and used for hair care
• Your plants will love it! Dissolved in water or you simply use the soaking water for watering
